Box Office Policy:
By purchasing a ticket you are in agreement with the following policy

Refunds:
Tickets are non-refundable. We do not give refunds for any sold tickets.

Exchanges:
You may exchange a ticket for the same show within 48 hours of the scheduled performance if there are other tickets available. You may not exchange a ticket for a different show.

Season Subscription Reservations:
Subscriber reservations follow the same policies as stated above. If you reserve a ticket using your subscription and do not show up for the performance your card will be assessed the tickets.
